This course is
preparation for university mathematics.
PURPOSES of the course are^ To assist 'students who intend to do graduate v\/ork involving the use of statistics and calculus and who feel that they need a stronger foundation in mathematics To assist elementary and secondary school teachers. . .To qualify persons seeking admission to the University of Toronto as "mature students To serve as a refresher course for' persons who desire preparation for . more advanced courses. .
MATURE STUDENTS" Persons who have reached 25 years of age and v^ho have obtained a minimum of 60% in at least one grade 13 subject, or equivalent, are eligible to be considered for admission to the University of Toronto. To / assist those who would like to apply as 'mature students’ , the Division of University Extension offers Pre-University Courses which are recognized by the University of Toronto as the equivalent of grade 13 courses for admission purposes ’
