Al#01P re: location of Prolog and naighbors, We have been confidentially informed by one of the day elevator

operators in this building (a devout Irish catholic and anti,c-Comunist) that: 1, A few months after we moved into this location, the apartMexit directl , over ours, i.e. 15-1) was rented by a man named Talkington,

2. He seems to be some figure in a very leftist wing of ADA And h&ds some kind of ADA meetings in his apartment, sometimes attended by aS many as 80 persons, Complaints about these meetings were lodged with the building management by other tenants. 3. Talkington seems to be very much intersted in us and our activites and has been drawing out people on these matters. E.g. observation that we receive a lot of mail and what could be the reason for this, ,what kind of work we are doing, etc. 4. The organization of mail delivery in the building is very poor, There are no mail boxes for tenants and the mailman either leaves all malt in the main hall where every tenant goes through the whole bOnch looking for his own, or else the suprintendent takes the mail to the basement where he sorts it out for the tenants, With the latter system people' like Talkington who go to the basement to pick up their own mail, have an apportunity to have a good look at our mail. Note: our lease on this location expires January 31, 1958,

December 5, 1957.
